Do you Use Humor When Calling or Texting to Girls ?
After meeting a woman and successfully getting her phone number, a typical guy with no game would send a text message or leave a voicemail like this:
“ Hey Sarah, This is David. It was great meeting you last night at XYZ. Give me a call. “
If David was successful enough to create enough attraction and built a enough comfort then this typical message is ok, but can could be better. However, if Sarah, doesn’t quite remember meeting David, and did not by any means develop a strong enough emotional bond with him, she will most likely delete that voicemail and move on.
Remember Text and Phone Game is just like any new skill that you are setting out to learn and practice is what’s needed to make it perfect. Callback humor is not meant to be the backbone of a conversation, but should rather be seen as the spice that adds flavor to a conversation.
For instance, let’s pretend that when David spoke to Sarah she told him she wanted to be a vet but David made fun of her that she has no pets and wants to be a vet anyway. His callback voice mail could be something along these lines
“ Hi Sarah, this is David. I just wanted to let you know that your application for Cat Clinician was rejected because our clients would be upset if they found out that you are a veterinarian who doesn’t have a pet. So I hope your day is going well. Give me a call : 123-123-1234. “
Why would this approach work better than other types of approaches men use when texting to girls. David didn’t do the standard (We met at a bar garbage approach) and instead he just imposed the frame that his number is in her phone and assumed that she knows who he is regardless of anything else. That’s brief, confident, hilarious, and maintains a tone of teasing that relates back to their interaction. That’s the frame you should assume when texting to girls.
Cheers, daygamer and as per usual leave us comments below whether it relates to texting to girls or not.
